Tip of the Week

Scrutinize your bill each month. If you find something
questionable or unacceptable, write the card company a
letter immediately pointing out the billing error, specify
the problem and request it be credited to your account.
Keep a copy of the letter for yourself and mail the other
certified mail, return receipt requested to the
credit card company. Within 30 days they must reverse
the charge, fix the problem or tell you they will
investigate.
